Charlotte Crowe, Staff Writer
Charlotte is a senior at Roosevelt, this is her first year on The Colonel but is looking forward to being a part of it. She is also a senior class officer and member of the Leadership Retreat Planning Committee. Outside of school she works, reads, watches TV, and hangs out with friends.
